This policy does not extend to entities or individuals not affiliated with Informavie Design, including third-party service providers or websites linked to Informavie Design’s website.

At Informavie Design, we prioritize client satisfaction and aim to address any concerns promptly. We believe in reaching mutually acceptable solutions in the event of dissatisfaction with our services. Refund requests should only be considered after all efforts to resolve the issue amicably have been exhausted.
Eligibility for Refund
At Informavie Design, we value every project and strive to deliver results as per our proposal. Our refund policy varies depending on the service provided:
– Website Design: Full refund available if the project has not commenced or if the initial design style has not been approved. Partial refund may be issued if there is a failure to deliver as per our delivery policy after design approval. No refunds once the project is completed and uploaded.
– Logo/Brochure Design: Similar refund policy as website design.
– Web Programming: Full refund if the project has not started. Partial refund may be issued based on the work completed if the project is incomplete according to the agreed scope.
– Dedicated Hiring (Offshore Staffing Solution): Refund eligibility depends on project initiation and completion status.
Applicability of the Delivery Policy
